To increase a greater participation of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, to further strengthen and advance the vision of our presiding Bishop, Bishop Joseph W. Walker, by attracting, motivating and educating non affiliated pastors and churches with a clear understanding of Full Gospel Baptist Church distinctives and bring them into the Fellowship.
