A man profoundly dedicated to serving God’s people, Bishop Gregory L. Drake exemplifies a heart after God’s own. With a welcoming presence that radiates divine love, Bishop Drake inspires all who cross his path. His unwavering passion lies in reaching lost souls and guiding them toward Christ — a mission he fulfills with humility and grace.
Bishop Drake’s journey of faith and service is underpinned by his academic pursuits at Jarvis Christian University and Dallas Baptist University. In 2020, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop by the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International, continuing to provide guidance and counsel to emerging churches. In 2024, Bishop Drake accepted the call to serve as the Fellowship’s North Texas State Bishop — and under his leadership the North Texas State Fellowship has grown to 24 thriving churches, united in mission and momentum.
As a visionary, Bishop Drake planted The Jubilee Church in 2003 — a testament to his faith and God’s providence. Through his steadfast leadership, The Jubilee Church accomplished the construction of a remarkable $5.8 million worship facility in 2023. Bishop Drake’s enduring belief in God’s direction fuels his vision for an expanded territory and a greater harvest in the forthcoming season of ministry.
He is also the author of If Jesus Put You On Hold, Don’t Hang Up — a powerful and faith-filled work that encourages believers to remain steadfast during seasons of waiting, trusting in God’s divine timing and purpose.
Bishop Drake’s dedication finds its richest expression as a devoted father to three children — Jhaida, Jhaila, and Gregory II. His love and support for his family remain among his greatest strengths.
